Returns & Exchanges

Every LOOM9 piece is made to order — printed and finished only after you buy it. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit preference. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering; measurements are listed for every size.

If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is simply the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund it — your choice, no return shipping required.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins, usually within a few hours of ordering. Once a piece enters production it can’t be cancelled.
